After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the garments in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip before sealing the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
